Little Jones London: LoMoC's Family Affair

Here are some of my photos from  London Mothers Club does a Family Affair a few weeks back, in Fulham. A great afternoon was had by all, little E bopped away with Action Amanda and Heartbeeps, I shopped and sipped prosecco, Mr Jones mingled with hollywood celebs and.... Peppa Pig! Rufio somehow managed to sleep through it all!!

The next London Mothers Club event is this Thursday 1st May, 7-9 pm at the Donna Ida store in Belgravia. The event will feature styling from the Jean Queen herself and her amazing team, along with a 10% discount on all shopping made in store on the night; manicures by The Organic Treatment Company, skincare consultations by Australia's natural line Jurlique, wine, nibbles and fabulous goody bags. To purchase your ticket, head over to www.londonmothersclub.com.

I'm really looking forward to it, see you there!!!

Easter

Hi everyone, I've had a little bit of an blogging hiatus over the past few weeks. How I wish I could say that it was due to a tropical holiday in some far flung destination. Instead, the truth is that the ENTIRE family, and we're talking grandparents, Aunts, Uncles and here cousins too, was stuck down with an awful stomach flu which I actually caught twice.
Anyhow, thanks to this monster bug, our Easter plans were well and truly scuppered.  Instead we had a nice quiet weekend at home with our family

Some of us tasted chocolate for the first time.......

......but then decided they'd rather bite big Sis's new balloon ( which eventually popped!)

After months of inspection, the Easter bunny decided that little E had indeed been a very good girl and rewarded her with plenty of chocolate eggs. I'm not sure what I'm going to do now to encourage good behaviour now that we've exhausted both the Easter bunny and Santa's Elves!

And as Chocolate had lost it's appeal for me for a few days, I consoled myself with Mini Egg inspired nails. At least they were calorie free!!
The polish is Model's Own in Dove for those who are interested.

Normal blogging will to resume again, very soon. Hope you all had a wonderful Easter break!

Nails of the week: Polish Me Silly- Neon Lights

If you follow me on instagram then do doubt you've already seen me raving on about this polish. It is just SO pretty, I've been wearing it solidly for almost a week now which is unheard of unless I'm wearing gel.

I think I could just about get away with wearing this too work. Yes it's a little cray-cray but from afar it looks like a regular neutral manicure, up close you're hit by the gorgeousness of the neon glitters.

This particular polish is called Neon Lights and is a gorgeous creamy white jelly with neon glitter.
Below I'm wearing thee coats, I think this was just due to the fact that It was a new bottle and I've since managed to recreate the same effect with just two coats.

If you haven't heard of Polish Me Silly then you really need to get on over to Etsy and check out their collection which is full of beautiful and unusal handmade nail polishes. They are an up and coming, Mother and Daughter ,owned Indie brand. You may have known them as Lush Lacquer previously.  The link to their webpage is Here

My next puchase from the collection is going to be Clowning Around- a neon glitter topcoat. This is not a sponsored post, I'm just blown away with the gorgeousness of this polish, all I can say is #obsessed

Have you tried any Indie nail polish brands?

Thanks for reading, I'm off to ogle more swatches on their Instagram page......

Little Jones Style: Pearl and Butler Competition

Fabulous costume jewellers Pearl and Butler have set the challenge to photograph our little ones wearing their own sartorial creations and gorgeous accessories.
Initially I was trying to photograph little E for a toddler style post but someone else had other ideas.... On went the Sofia the First tutu, tiara and wells.
Could I get them off her? No siree this little lady definitely knows her own mind, and already has strong ideas when it comes to clothes and accessories, making a perfect photo to enter in to Pearl and Butler's competition.
